Our Yoga Teacher Trainees are co-teaching Karma classes during the month of May!

Join Janna and Mary on Friday May 9th from 5:45-6:46 pm at Healium Hot Yoga-Bay View for “Inclusion. Be You. We Will Adjust.”

This class will be a gentle flow that will aid students in increasing strength and flexibility. The unheated practice will begin with focusing on the breath and transition into postures that encourage grounding and stability. Props and/or modifications will be offered for each pose. The class will end with a brief meditation. Janna and Mary encourage you to join them in this gentle yet energizing practice. All levels, abilities and positive energies are welcome.

Donate $5, $10, $15, $20 or more — all donations will be put towards Healium’s Yoga Teacher Training Scholarship Fund, established to help fund the tuition of one teacher trainee per YTT session from an under-represented demographic in the yoga teacher community.
